Mascoutah High School is a large public school in Mascoutah, Illinois located east of St. Louis. It competes in Class AA, the "large school" division of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship Series. The Indians also compete in the Mississippi Valley Conference & Metro East Quad League. The team has also competed over the years on WSIU's Hi-Q TV program.
