Princeton High School is a public high school in Princeton, Illinois, which draws students from Bureau County halfway between the Quad Cities & Chicago. It competes in Class AA, the "large school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship series. Throughout the 1990's, Princeton was an early northwestern Illinois powerhouse seeing several top finishes in the IHSA & Masonic State Tournaments coached under Mick Towns. The program found success in the mid to late 2000s under head Coach Tameran Polowy. The program has seen a recent resurgence under alumn Brody Anderson.
