East Chapel Hill High School is a high school located in the eastern part of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

At the 2013 HSNCT, with a team of Iftikhar, Kim, Li, and Reed, East tied for 8th place, with the 11th-ranked individual scorer. A team of Holub-Moorman (William), Kim, Lin, and Reed tied for 13th place, with individuals ranked Nos. 31 and 43, at the 2012 HSNCT.
