East Chapel Hill High School is a high school located in the eastern portion of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

In the 2012-2013 season, the team of Amaldoss, Iftikhar, Kim (Sung-Hoon), and Reed has so far placed second at Quaker Bowl.

In the 2011-2012 season, the team of Holub-Moorman (William), Kim (Sung-Hoon), Lin, and Reed won St. Mary's Belles' Bowl and the State History Bowl Championship and placed second at Tar Heel Cup, Quaker Bowl, Enloe Invitational, the Duke Academic Fall Tournament, and the Duke Spring Tournament. The team also qualified for the 2012 HSNCT; East tied for 13th place overall in the playoffs, with individuals ranked Nos. 31 and 43. East also achieved No. 43 of all time on points per game scored at HSNCT, and No. 9 for points scored in a single game at HSNCT. Holub-Moorman and Reed were also named to the North Carolina All-Star Team, which placed 7th overall in the 2012 NASAT.

In the 2010-2011 season, the A team placed 4th at the Duke Invitational Meet, 3rd at Raleigh Charter's Right Triangle Open, and won WCHL 1360AM's Community Quiz Bowl challenge against Carrboro and Chapel Hill High Schools.
