Basil Sousounis is an undergraduate at Michigan. He played for Acton–Boxborough in high school, where he was recognized by many as a skilled generalist, being ranked 15th in the 2019–20 GrogerRanks player poll his senior year.
During the summer of 2020, Basil was preemptively banned from Michigan's quizbowl club for his frequent instances of misconduct at tournaments and (especially) in online spaces.
