Individual stats
My best understanding of the stats situation at the 1998-2000 NSCs was that full scoresheets were used (tracking bouncebacks, individual stats, etc), they were processed to calculate standings and checked for new entries to the NSC record book, and then they were thrown away. Full stats in the predecessors of SQBS were never published. The only person involved in running those tournaments who is still around in quizbowl is Samer Ismail, so maybe someone can ask if he remembers the details.
