Jeffrey Hill is a founding member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance. He played for Liberty High School from 2002-2005 and Missouri S&T from 2005-2009. Jeffrey operates scobo.net, which hosts his ScoBo Question Database and ScoBo Tournament Central web applications. He was also one of the first contributors from Missouri to the QBWiki alongside fellow Missouri S&T player Matt Chadbourne and remains one of the main contributors.
While Jeffrey will be working as a software engineer in the Kansas City area, he plans to continue actively promoting the expansion of good quizbowl in Missouri as a member of MOQBA and as an administrator of the Missouri Academic Competition Message Board.
