Gregory Cochran

Gregory Cochran is an American anthropologist and geneticist. From 2004 to 2015, he was a research associate at the University of Utah.[1] He has written a number of groundbreaking and controversial studies related to genetic variations and their influences on human evolution and individual variations. Cochran is also co-author of the book "The 10,000 Year Explosion: How Civilization Accelerated Human Evolution", which explores how culture and civilization have shaped human genetic evolution.[2]

Cochran played College Bowl at Illinois.[3]
