James (Jamie) Lewin Cooper was captain of the Lisgar Reach for the Top team for the 2006-07 school year. As (by far) his team's leading scorer, he led them to their second consecutive win in Ottawa, claiming the Richard Mageau Trophy. He was the top scorer in the 2005 and 2006 NAQT tournaments held at Ottawa, and the top-scoring senior at the 2007 HSNCT. He represented Lisgar in the Ontario provincial playoffs in each of his four high school years.
Cooper is currently studying mathematics (and playing quizbowl) at the University of Waterloo.
