Where a final is marked with an asterisk (*), it is the game between the top two teams which, in retrospect, decided the tournament. In some other years, all teams but the champion had multiple losses. On occasion, teams from New York State have competed in the tournament; they are marked with a pound sign (#).

The 2004 tournament results are unclear given the information currently available.
