"The Super Bowl of the Mind: Is quiz bowl the ultimate test of smarts or an overblown game of Trivial Pursuit?" was a 2012 article about college quizbowl, written for Slate, an online magazine run by the Washington Post company, by journalist Alan Siegel. Siegel attended the entirety of 2012 ACF Nationals and did extensive phone and email interviews with people such as Matt Weiner to write the article, which contains, among other things, excerpts of actual ACF Nationals Qeustions. It is regarded as one of the most accurate examples of quizbowl journalism to date.
