Georgia Academic Team Association (GATA) is the main governing body of quiz bowl in Georgia. It is the main source of all outreach in Georgia.
Every year, it hosts 5 tournaments: GATA Fall, GATA Winter, Middle School State, JV State and Varsity State. All of these tournaments use NAQT questions and draw teams from all across the state.
