Jacob played for the University of Missouri-Columbia and served as the president of the MU team for 2 years. Jacob is also a member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance.

University of Missouri

2010-2011

Jacob played at multiple tournaments for Mizzou, including ACF Fall at Truman State, NAQT SCT at Missouri State, and a mirror of MUT at Rock Bridge HS. He also staffed events hosted at Mizzou.

2011-2012

Jacob was elected/appointed the president of the club his sophomore year, to succeed his roommate Alex Dzurick and carry the club past the graduation of its founders. He played for Mizzou at the 2011 EACN tournament at WashU, the Missiles of October mirror at Rock Bridge HS, ACF Fall and the Region 9 SCT, where he soloed his way to a 3rd place finish in Division II. In March 2012, Jacob was selected as a member of the Missouri Quizbowl Alliance.
