Wichita Collegiate School is a pre-K-12 private college prep school in Wichita, Kansas. Wichita Collegiate is coached by Peter DeVries and was formerly coached by Rodney Wren. Wichita Collegiate attended the 1984 NAC. The school sent two teams to the 1999 HSNCT, one of the few HSNCT appearances of Kansas teams. At the 1999 HSNCT the A team placed 22nd out of 26 and the B team placed 10th. Wichita Collegiate participates in KSHSAA Scholars Bowl. The Scholars Bowl team won the 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2009, 2014 and 2015 Class 3A KSHSAA State Championships and placed 2nd at the 2012 and 2016 Class 4A State Championship. Wichita Collegiate placed 2nd at the 2007 3A state championship and 3rd at the 2008 Class 3A state championships. Wichita Collegiate won the KSHAA Class 2-1A championships in 1987 and the 4-3A championships in 1989.
In recent years, Wichita Collegiate has started attending NHBB tournaments. Wichita Collegiate sent a solo team of Adam Davies to 2016 NHBB Nationals, who placed 39th. At the 2015 NHBB Nationals Wichita Collegiate finished tied for 147th. Wichita Collegiate won the 2014 Nebraska National History Bowl and the 2016 Oklahoma National History Bowl. Wichita Collegiate hosted and won the 2016 Kansas History Bowl and its JV B team placed 2nd at the 2015 Kansas History Bowl.
