South County High School is located in Lorton in northern Virginia and is coached by Ed Greiling. South County attends TJIAT every year and is active in VHSL and It's Academic.
In VHSL, South County was part of the VHSL Northern Region until the 2014 VHSL Realignment. Between then and the 2018 VHSL Realignment, the school was part of VHSL Region 6A North. Starting with the 2017-18 season, South County will be part of VHSL Class 6 Region C.
South County was runner-up at the 2015 Conference 7 tournament.
