I don't think there's anything unique about this. ACF and PACE rules both specify that one timeout per game is allowed (it's C.8 in both). And I've never heard of an "NAQT rules, except untimed" tournament abrogating the one-timeout-per-team-per-game rule. Jonah (talk) 21:40, 8 September 2017 (CDT)
