2001 Kentucky
The University of Kentucky's Academic Team fielded squads to a number of tournaments throughout the 2000-2001 season, winning such events as Washington University's St. Louis Open II, ACF Regionals, NAQT Sectionals and the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga's Moon Pie Classic. It also competed at Michigan's Kleist, Michigan's MLK, ACF Nationals, and NAQT's ICT, coming in second, third, fourth, and eight at these, respectively.
There were often multiple teams sent to these events (and others), although the "A" team tyically consisted of Seth Kendall, Kelly McKenzie, and Robert Osborne, occasionally joined by a fourth which varied from tournament to tournament. It was the three of of them which won all the tournaments named above.
