Joseph Hansen is a freshman at the University of Minnesota. He tried to patch together a quizbowl team at "Roosevelt" for two years in high school, but his inability to really recruit anyone consistently led to him occasionally having to borrow teammates from some people.

He knows Japanese stuff pretty well.

He is currently writing Mizzou Open Asian Lit with Auroni Gupta.
