Stating the exact rules

I don't like the idea of stating organizations' exact eligibility rules here. In many cases, the rules are intricate and very carefully worded, so summarizing/rewording them is dicey. Furthermore, rules change, and it's best not to have to update them in multiple places (especially places outside the control of the organizations promulgating the rules). I'd much rather give a high-level summary (along the lines of what the page consisted of prior to today) and refer people to the canonical sources of rules. Jonah (talk) 10:19, 8 April 2021 (CDT)
