2014 College History Bowl (sometimes referred to as the 2013-14 College History Bowl) was NHBB's second and final college national championship. It was head-edited by Matt Weiner and written by Weiner, Mike Bentley, and Jerry Vinokurov. It was held at Northwestern on March 30, 2014, the day after 2014 ICT.

It was won by Virginia (Matt Bollinger, Evan Adams, David Seal, and Tommy Casalaspi) who defeated Chicago A (Marshall Steinbaum, Charles Tian, John Lawrence, and Doug Graebner) in a one-game final.

The tournament was originally intended to be the 2013 College History Bowl, held one year after the first College History Bowl in 2012. It was scheduled to run at Northwestern on April 14, 2013, the day after 2013 ICT. Because Matt Weiner could not complete the tournament on time, it was moved to August 4, 2013, the day after 2013 VCU Open. This plan was abandoned two months later, when every team but one dropped out after Weiner's announcement that the tournament couldn't start before noon (and would therefore end at night), due to VCU summer policies.

The tournament was recast as a 2013-14 College History Bowl, in which any player who was currently eligible in 2014 or would have been eligible in 2013 was allowed to compete (hence the presence of David Seal on the winning team).
