Chris Johnson is the current coach of Itawamba Agricultural High School. His hosting and outreach have helped expand NAQT questions in Mississippi, leading to increased numbers of teams in the state. He received the 2020 Benjamin Cooper Academic Ambassador Award for his outreach to schools in the state and for hosting quality tournaments on pyramidal questions.
Itawamba has hosted the Danielle Adams Memorial and NAQT Mississippi State Championship since 2015.
