The 2023 OAC State Tournament was held at Olentangy Berlin High School on May 6, 2023, to determine the state champion of Ohio for the 2023 season.

Format

Games were played using the OAC format.

The tournament used a 16-team double elimination format. After a team lost, they would be placed into a consolation pool with the other teams who lost in the same round, guaranteeing each team at least five games.

Teams were seeded based on their underlying performance (UPPG) at 2023 OAC Regionals. The top two teams in each of the six regions automatically qualified for the tournament, and the next four best teams across all regions, based on underlying stats, would qualify as well. Runner-ups in a region couldn't be seeded ahead of their regional winners, and wild-card teams couldn't be seeded higher than their regional top two.
