Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School is a public high school between Chicago and Champaign. It competes in Class AA, the "large school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's (IHSA) State Championship Series.
The team was very competitive for many years under the leadership of Gene Kruse, a member of the IHSSBCA Hall of Fame. It finished 2nd in the IHSA State Tournament in 1992 and 1994. One of its top players from that era, Greg Lindsay, played for Illinois, tried to write a Quiz Bowl article for Playboy, and is rumored to have beaten IBM's Watson at Jeopardy!
The team is still very active and has won IHSA Sectional Titles under Barb Amster in 2004, 2005, and 2010 and enters many invitational tournaments every year.
