A community resource is, ultimately, under the control of the
community. It's they who deserve to hear what's going on, and it's
they who should make the ultimate decision -- not one member acting
unilaterally. Indeed, I find it ironic i be accused, blatantly
falsely, of acting entirely alone, by the same person who takes it
upon himself to announce "official" changes, without any real chance
for the community to respond.
