availability of invitational series for running juniorbird and
Division II collegiate events for 2002-2003.
NAQT believes that the development of new players and programs is
accelerated by opportunities for them to compete against opponents of
similar skill; to this end, NAQT has changed its pricing policy for
collegiate tournaments to make hosting smaller tournaments more
