For a number of logistical reasons, the pages for Penn Bowl 12 aren't
ready for uploading just yet.
The announcement will come out tomorrow, and registration will begin
later this week.

P.S. A new set of guidelines has not yet been uploaded because I have
yet to find an easier way to explain them; with the exception that
decisions regarding 5-10-15s will be made during editing, there are
essentially NO changes whatsoever from the packet guidelines for PB11.
