Correction:
I don't have the results in front of me, but I believe the other team
in the top room of the ladder (and thus second place) was Georgetown
B.
In the next room, Delaware A took third. Rounding out the top seven
slots were (I believe) Pitt A, Georgetown A, Carnegie Mellon, and
Pitt B, though perhaps not quite in that order.
Kudos and thanks:
To everyone who attended, players and staff. The day ran quite
smoothly, except for the initially locked rooms. (Good thing Dave is
affiliated with campus security.)
To TRASH for the questions. May I suggest slightly harder questions
for next year? These might be undergrads, but they are quite good
players. In my room we had several strings of 5 or 6 bonuses 30ed in
a row.
And since I'm posting:
Is the site for ACF nats announced yet? I want to know if I can
begin complaining about how we won't be able to get there.
