Anyone have info on the Berry Invitational?

Just wanting to know if anyone knows about the Berry Invite that was 
mentioned at COTKU?  We're wanting to go... Anyone know when, 
format, packet submission, anything at all?  Will there be two 
divisions?  Please let me know.  Thanks.
