Unless I'm misinterpreting anything on the ACF website, it looks like
the only requirement is that the class needs to be for university
credit. I don't know exactly how adult education classes work, but my
impression has always been that they are for general edification, and
don't actually count for college credit. If I'm wrong about this, my
apologies, but regardless, this issue of whether your class is for
college credit is what's relevant. If so, then I suppose you're
eligible; if not, then it appears you aren't eligible.
