2003 ACF Regionals: Call for Hosts

Hello All,

With ACF Fall over (solid job Kelly by the way), I wanted to get out 
some info for ACF Regionals, to be held at various sites around the 
country on the weekend of Sat. March 1, 2003.  (Note that we might 
look to the weekend of February 15, 2003 if arrangements with a 
couple of schools can be made).  The tournament will edited by me, 
Subash Maddipoti and all questions regarding this tournament can be 
directed to me at [subash at uchicago dot edu] or [suby10 at yahoo 
dot com].

Basic Host Requirements:

I am looking for hosts in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, 
Midwest, Southwest, and West.  If there is viability and enough 
interest then we'll do Midsouth and Northwest sites as well.  

Teams interested in hosting can contact me with information on how 
many teams they can accomodate and any other information relating to 
why they would make a good host. Please contact me by midnight on 
Sunday November 17 if you are interested.  I hope to have a full set 
of hosts announced no later than December 1.

Hosts will be required to guarantee every team a minimum of 12 games 
(at least 17 packets will be provided) and charge a base fee no 
higher than $100 ($80-$100 should be the acceptable range with the 
lower the better).

Information regarding question requirements will follow in subsequent 
posts.
