Yes, as can be seen at the College Bowl web site, 
www.collegebowl.com, 2003 Regionals are scheduled for the weekend of 
February 21-23.

Any tournament scheduled for the weekend of February 14-16 will have 
to adjust to the fact that traveling or playing on Friday, February 
14th will present a major hardship for players and staff in 
relationships.
