We are still trying to work out our room reservations
for the Chicago SCT. It would be immensely helpful
if any teams that are interested in attending our SCT
would e-mail me at srferrar at uchicago dot edu and
tell me how many teams they expect to send. As yet,
I have only heard from Carleton, UIUC, and Northwestern.
Because of the current lack of room reservations, I
can't make an official announcement at this time, but
the tournament is likely to be Saturday-only, with
normal or better-than-normal discounts for tournament
equipment and staff (we really would appreciate either
or both). I'm sorry for the delay in making a proper
announcement, and I hope to have this situation resolved
as soon as possible.
