Hello,

This is a very preliminary announcement for the 
University of Chicago's Fabulous Unnamed Chicago 
Tournament II: The Rage (a juniorbird), to be 
held May 3, 2003.  Packet requirements and a 
very special fee structure are forthcoming 
sometime (after the SCT and ACF Regionals, 
presumably).
