Folks, The NAQT Heartland Sectional was held yesterday at Mizzou. Let me just say that there were a few snafus. First, Southeast Missouri didn't show up, completely blowing up our Division II schedule. Then, Wichita State plays a grad student in Div II! By the way, Wichita State, you forgot your buzzer. Also, there were some really slow moderators. As for the slow stats, I should have gotten a program instead of foolishly trying to put a couple of formulas in an Excel spreadsheet. Anyway, I have calculated team statistics, and am almost done with individual stats; I've reported team stats to NAQT and I will make stats public soon. As for now, my apologies for all the snafus that I may or may not have caused. Jason Mueller TD, 2003 NAQT Heartland SCT P.S. I'll summarize results in the next post. --- In quizbowl_at_yahoogroups.com, dargan_w <no_reply_at_y...> wrote: > I am not surprised to see that nothing has yet been posted about the > sectionals at MU, since when we left, there were no stats available, > and even the records of teams were never posted anywhere.
