Looking at the stats for the teams that were offered bids, there is
exactly one case of a "flip-flop" where a team was offered a bid and
a team with a better record from that sectional was not:
Minnesota 7 7 3325 342 15 115 19 2045
Northwestern A 6 8 3850 335 26 120 23 2375
Whether or not that difference is large enough is open to debate, but
I would argue that 525 additional points on seven *fewer* tossups is
not an insignificant difference.
