And here I'm assuming you mean per game. Even if they had perfect stats, I think how many tossup points they actually accumulated would be taken into consideration as well. A team that only answers 5 tossups per game, and therefore maybe only 60 or so in an entire tournament, is clearly not a very strong - or at least not very deep - team, regardless of bonus conversion on the few tossups they manage to answer.
