Hey, everybody:
I figure this may be of interest to some people who will be attending
TRASHionals, so I figure I should pass it along.
MIT's Gilbert and Sullivan Players will be presenting "Utopia, Ltd."
during TRASHionals weekend. I will be featured as Phantis, who is
approximately half of the patter baritone role (it's an odd show), on
Friday the 11th at 8 pm and Sunday the 13th at 2 pm. [I'll be having a
very interesting weekend.] Tickets are nominally $8 for people with
college ID's and $10 for everyone else, but group discounts are
available, so if people would like to attend, they should send an
email to me at <aei at mit dot edu>.
If people are interested in more classical fare, on Saturday the 12th
at 8 pm, the MIT Chamber Chorus (including yours truly) will be
performing Brahms "Neue Liebesliederwalzen" and other choral works.
It'll be a fun concert--it will also be both short (about an hour
long) and free! Again, if you're interested in more details, write me
at <aei at mit dot edu>.
Looking forward to seeing many of you next week,
--AEI
