Quiz Bowl League Bylaws

We're in the process of forming a high school quiz bowl league. Are
there any leagues out there willing to share with us their bylaws, so we
can use these as models? If you're in a league which has bylaws, we'd
very much appreciate you e-mailing a copy of your bylaws to
phil.blessman_at_....
