An addition I totally neglected to mention:
Any free agent team desiring to submit a packet will receive special
accomodation to be arranged once the team has been put together.
Also, in order to bring a "moderator" teams just need to have one
person per team, not necessarily the same person, available to read
every round. Just to clear that up.
