Congratulations to the University of California-Berkeley for winning this year's ACF National Championship Tournament. Congratulations also to the University of Michigan A for finishing a strong second. Finally, congratulations to the University of Arkansas for being the highest-ranked team composed of first- and second-year players, thereby winning the Division II title. I'd like to express my gratitude to the following people for the following reasons: Joon Pahk, Andrew Yaphe, Ben Heller, and Jason Paik deserve much thanks for their freelance questions. Special thanks to Subash Maddipoti for putting together a freelance packet. Also, I'd like to thank Grant Gavranovic, Suzy Rivoire, and Eric Smith for their commentaries regarding everything from grammar to content. Thanks to Saurabh Vishnubhakat, Jim Dendy, and the rest of Georgia Tech for providing a venue for this year's tournament. Also, thanks to everyone who volunteered to moderate and officiate the day of the tournament. Finally, I would like to thank everyone who attended. It was great seeing you all there. And thanks to everyone for being patient with the delays. I hope you all still enjoyed yourselves. If you have any commentary regarding any aspect of the tournament, please feel free to send me an e-mail at rsbhan _at_ hotmail.com (or post to this list as you see fit). I am interested in hearing anything you have to say. Thanks again and I hope to see you all again at next year's ACF Nationals. R. Bhan Editor ACF Nationals 2003
