The Oklahoma Quiz Bowl Alliance announces that its fall high 
school tournament, the OQBA Fall Challenge III, will be held on 
Saturday, November 8th, 2003, at Redlands Community College 
in El Reno OK (just outside Oklahoma City).  As in the past, this 
will be an untimed NAQT 32-team tournament.
