Who must write a packet: All teams with at least one second-year player are required to submit a packet; while teams from programs new to "the circuit" are neither required nor expected to write questions. Teams of entirely first- year players from experienced schools are encouraged to write questions (with the help and guidance of more experienced team members), but I will probably be able to offer some exemptions. I am also more than willing to offer extra question-writing guidance to anyone who needs it.
