TTGT11 - Freelance Packet Submission

The TO and TD of "This Tournament Goes to 11 (v.4.11): None More 
Black" would like to announce the open call for freelance packet 
submission.

Freelance packets:

If writers would like to submit freelance packets, they will be 
compensated with the complete set of packets for the tournament.  
NOTE: THE LAST TTGT11 CONSISTED OF >30 PACKETS.  The set will include 
at least one audio round w/ CD.
