UWO sectional update

This is an update for the NAQT Canadian Sectional, to be held on
February 7, 2004 (Saturday only) at the University of Western Ontario.

Tournament fees:

First team: $100 
Second team: $90 ($80 for a third team, etc)

Discounts:
Buzzers: $10 
Moderators: $10
Clocks: $10

The minimum fee is $50 per team.

Packets will be available after the tournament for $25 (for a set of
18 packets).

There will a regular-style tournament - round robin and playoffs, in
Division I and II (we will have plenty of Division II teams). The
interested teams so far are:

Queen's University - 1 or 2 teams (Division II)
University of Ottawa - 2 or 3 teams (Division II)
Carnegie Mellon University - 1 or 2 teams 
University of Toronto, Scarborough - 1 team (Division II)

Other teams that will possibly be attending, although I haven't heard
from them officially yet: Toronto, McMaster, McGill, and I assume
other American teams like Michigan, Case Western, and Rochester. We
should be able to field a Division II UWO house team as well.

I'd also like to remind everyone that we could use some clocks and
readers - thanks to those who have volunteered to read so far.
