Hi, all.
It has come to my attention that interest in ACF Regionals this year
is extremely low. I want to make sure that this is not the result
of the packet requirement by giving teams an alternative to the no
penalty deadline of Feb. 3.
Therefore, if you send me a packet of 13/13 by Feb. 5 the penalty
will be reduced to $25. Also, if your team really wishes to play
but is completely incapable of putting a packet together, simply
register with the host by Feb. 3 (and drop me a note) and the
penalty will be reduced to $40.
