Here was my thinking:
1. Have the meeting at NAQT ICT every year, wherever that happens
to be.
2. Moderating could be R. or someone judged to be an impartial
outside moderator (I have no idea how you'd choose such a person, so
I'd say R. is the logical choice).
3. People not so passionate about the game would certainly care if
they were having more fun in the long run or their teams were doing
better because of the efforts of those who did care a lot.
4. As far as webstreaming the talk, I think this is a great idea.
Or record it and then put it on the web. Most of us go to
universities with high-speed internet, so large video files are not
a huge problem, I don't think.
