Those of us who have been around long enough have demanded a
distribution from CBI for quite a while before they had posted
something up.
Example #2: Publicizing a distribution doesn't mean that you abrogate
your right to tweak your distribution. Now there is the counter-
argument: you guys do write for a lot of other competitions other
than just the IS-/HSCT-/ICT- packets. You probably do want to tweak
your distribution when it comes to customers who use your contract-
written packets.
