Fine, but does he have to post 50 times a month? This stuff does go out to N thousand email boxes, and a lot of it doesn't need its own message. For example, it's common practice to put requests for freelancing within the body of a tournament announcement, and I think everyone experienced enough to be doing packet swaps knows to look there, so we don't need a separate plea for writers with every UTC tournament announcement.
