ACF Fall Reminders, Addenda, etc

This is a reminder that the first deadline for ACF Fall packets is 
this Friday (the 13th as it were).  Also the deadline for putting in 
bids to host ACF Fall is this Sunday (the 15th).

Finally, it has been brought to my attention that we haven't posted 
anything about preferred formats etc.  We would prefer packets in 
Word or rtf or failing that posted in the text of the message.  

As far as formatting the packets goes here is a sample of what I 
would like

Finally, it occurred to me that I didn't mention this in my previous 
post, but packets from the same school must be kept blind.  In other 
words if your school is sending both an A and B team the A team has 
to be blind to the B teams packet and vice-versa.
