I am a student at Augustana College in Rock Island and would like to start a team.  I have had experiance in high school quizbowl but I don't know how to start a program at Augie.  I know of some colleges in Illinios that have a teams.  It would be nice if somebody from those colleges could give me some advice on starting a program.
